A New Way of Online Communication
For our patients, we are introducing a new online system that allows simple and secure communication with our practice. Everything you need is in one place, available even outside normal working hours. You can still use the old contact form, but the new portal offers a much higher level of security.
Login to the system
- To use the online services, your contact e-mail must be stored in our practice.
- If you haven’t provided it yet, please send it to: ordinace@mudr-dokoupilova.cz
How to log in for the first time
- After setting Language as English select the option “This is my first time here”
- Enter your e-mail, give consent, and click on “Create an account”
- The system will guide you through the next steps and generate your login details
For future logins, simply enter your e-mail and chosen password directly on the login screen.
Once logged in, you have access to the following services:
- Prescription request – fill in the form with the name and usual dosage of the medication (ideally all requested medications at once)
- Appointment booking – see available dates in the calendar, fill in the form, and after processing you will receive confirmation by e-mail
- Appointment cancellation – cancel your appointment yourself no later than the day before your planned visit
- Overview of appointments – view all your planned visits
- Send a message to the doctor – ask a question, provide treatment-related information, or send a cancellation note
- Send a document – upload a PDF or image file (e.g., a specialist’s report)
- Overview of vaccinations and preventive check-ups – including dates of upcoming visits
- Quick messages from the doctor – the doctor can send you short information
- Track request status – you will be notified by e-mail once your request has been processed
